Meet Lindsay
Lindsay Olver is the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker OnTrack Realty, a leader in Central Alberta’s real estate industry. She graduated from the University of Alberta in 2007 with a Commerce degree, majoring in East Asian Studies. Her studies took her to China, where she immersed herself in the culture and studied Mandarin. After graduation, Lindsay obtained her real estate license and launched her career. In 2014, she and her husband purchased Coldwell Banker OnTrack Realty, transforming it into a thriving brokerage rooted in collaboration, knowledge, and success.
One of Lindsay’s greatest passions is coaching and mentoring Realtors. She finds immense satisfaction in helping her team grow and achieve their full potential, fostering a supportive environment where every agent thrives. Her dedication to the industry extends beyond her brokerage, as she has served as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Central Alberta Real Estate Association and remains an active member of the Political Advocacy Committee (PAC), working to shape the future of real estate.
Outside of work, Lindsay treasures her family life. She and her husband are proud parents of four children and a granddaughter. A lover of the outdoors, she enjoys running and spending time in nature, which helps her maintain balance and energy. Lindsay’s blend of professional expertise, leadership, and commitment to family and personal passions make her an inspiring force in the real estate world.
