Lindsay Olver is the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker OnTrack Realty and a respected leader in Central Alberta’s real estate industry. She earned her Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and began her real estate career in 2007. In 2014, Lindsay and her husband, Peter Pangman, purchased Coldwell Banker OnTrack Realty, where she has continued to blend market expertise with forward-thinking strategies to support both agents and clients.

A firm believer that success in real estate is driven by goal setting, continuous learning, and strong mentorship, Lindsay has built a culture of collaboration and excellence. In addition to leading her brokerage, she is also a Real Estate Coach with Richard Robbins International, where she shares her passion for mentorship, professional growth, and industry innovation.

Her leadership extends beyond her office—she has served as Chair and board member of the Central Alberta REALTORS® Association and continues to contribute as an active member of the Political Advocacy Committee (PAC), helping shape the future of the industry.

When she isn’t in the office, you’ll find Lindsay running or out in nature with her family and husband, Peter—where she finds balance and brings the same energy, clarity, and purpose into every aspect of her leadership and coaching. Lindsay is also a proud mother of four and grandmother, a role that continues to inspire her both personally and professionally.
