Before entering real estate, Shania spent over eight years working in health care, supporting seniors and individuals through emotionally challenging situations. Shania began her real estate journey in 2022, gaining valuable behind the scenes experience working on the administrative side of real estate transactions before becoming licensed in February 2024.
