Jeremy Martins is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker OnTrack Realty serving Sylvan Lake, Red Deer and Central Alberta. Licensed since 2014, he has completed approximately 500 real estate transactions and has been named Sylvan Lake's #1 REALTOR® three times, most recently in 2026.

A Sylvan Lake resident since 2010, Jeremy knows every corner of the town. In Red Deer, he specializes in the southeast, including Inglewood, Vanier Woods, Timberlands, Laredo and Southbrook. He also serves Penhold, Blackfalds, Bentley and Eckville.

Ten years in automotive sales and finance sharpened Jeremy's negotiation skills and comfort with numbers. His experience in the new home industry also gives him a practical understanding of construction, helping buyers evaluate a home's condition and value.

His awards include Coldwell Banker Canada President's Circle, Coldwell Banker Canada Rookie of the Year (2014), and multiple Coldwell Banker OnTrack Diamond and Gold awards.

Jeremy builds his business on availability, integrity and clear communication.

"Once we're done the contracts, you should have no questions," he says. "I don't take shortcuts."

For sellers, Jeremy's marketing extends across online platforms, social media and targeted advertising until the SOLD sign goes up.

Beyond real estate, Jeremy has coached football in Sylvan Lake for 16 years, served 12 years on the Sylvan Lake Minor Football Association executive, and sat on the Sylvan Lake Chamber of Commerce board.

Originally from Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Jeremy is a proud dad of four. He and his family enjoy boating, fishing, golf and football.

"I figured out the difference between selling something to someone and helping someone buy or sell," Jeremy says. "Integrity is very important to me. I would never sacrifice it for a paycheque."
