    I’ve worked with several good realtors over the years, but Marilou is really in a different category. She recently helped sell my parents’ condo for them. It sold in a few days at full asking price, which was amazing. What makes Marilou exceptional, though, is her ability to make you feel as though you are her only client. If I had an important question to ask on a Saturday night, she’d get back to me more or less immediately. That sounds like a small thing, but it was one aspect of what I most appreciated about Marilou: her intuitive understanding and support of the emotional process involved in selling a family home. Marilou has a deep respect for this process, and often seemed one step ahead of us, knowing what we were likely to need before we knew it ourselves. I believe that many realtors could have listed our place and dealt with the paperwork. I don’t believe, though, that many realtors would have supported my family’s well-being so well throughout the selling process. After working with Marilou, I would trust her with anything.     Gerik is both a great selling Realtor and an excellent person. Their are selling realtors and listing realtors. A listing realtor concentrates on listing kits of properties but spends very little time actually out there showing places and selling them. They make their money a percentage of the listing when it sells while others do the real work of showing and selling properties..it cost less. Gerik shows properties non stop and is amazing at helping you find and buy the property you want and then get the financing you need. He has helped me find and secure a lakefront property for my son and his family at a great price and has helped me with one as well. If I was going to list a property I wud list it with a selling realtor like Gerik as it will be seen by.more people quicker and it will sell quicker with bis help finding the funding for that buyer. Simple stuff..makes sensr

    Highly recommend Gerrik! We are currently living in BC and were looking for a house in Central Alberta. Gerrik listened to what we wanted, gave us quite a few options, all within our price point.
