Kelly McCullough is a highly experienced Central Alberta real estate professional with more than three decades of industry knowledge, proudly serving communities throughout the region including Lacombe, Ponoka, Innisfail, Alix, Leslieville, and surrounding rural areas.

Born in Lacombe, Alberta and raised in Coronation, Kelly has deep roots in the Central Alberta community and a strong understanding of the local lifestyle, land ownership, and rural property market that define the region. His extensive local knowledge allows him to help clients confidently navigate buying and selling property across farmland, acreages, country residential homes, and residential properties throughout Central Alberta.

Before entering the real estate industry, Kelly built valuable experience in oilfield construction, followed by a successful career in manufactured home sales and as a sales manager for a home building contractor. This hands on experience in construction, housing, and sales ultimately led him to pursue a career in real estate in 1993, where he has been helping clients achieve their real estate goals ever since.

Kelly takes great pride in helping people move forward in life, whether that means finding the right acreage near Lacombe, farmland in Ponoka County, a family home in Innisfail, or rural property around Alix or Leslieville. His approach focuses on understanding each client’s needs and helping them find the property that best fits their lifestyle and future plans.

Having lived in Central Alberta for most of his life, Kelly has developed strong relationships across the region and has built a reputation for honesty, reliability, and deep local market knowledge. His personal experience living on rural land also gives him unique insight into the opportunities and considerations involved with country residential and farm properties.

Kelly has been married to his wife, a Registered Nurse, since 1985. Together they have raised five children and now enjoy time with their three grandchildren. The family lives on a quarter section of land west of Lacombe, which has been their home for many years and reflects Kelly’s appreciation for the rural Central Alberta lifestyle.

Outside of real estate, Kelly enjoys staying active in the community and participating in many local activities. During the summer months you can often find him golfing at courses throughout Central Alberta, and in the winter he spends time at the curling rink. Curling has become a significant part of his life, including sponsoring the Kelly McCullough Coldwell Banker Super League. Kelly and his team have won the Lacombe men’s curling league multiple times and have also claimed victories at several bonspiels, including the Red Deer Farmers Spiel.

When he is not helping clients buy or sell real estate, Kelly may be found on the golf course, at the curling rink, or enjoying a ride on his motorcycle through the scenic roads of Central Alberta.
